ACS - Features and Functionality Scope
Application Conceptualization Service, starts with defining the features of the application. The features are defined to best suit the purpose, description and target audience of the application. A number of factors are considered while selecting features e.g. what is the value to the end user, what is the probability of frequency of use, development feasibility per iPhone 3.0 SDK, hardware feasibility depending on iPhone3G/3GS etc. Once clear on all the features along with their technical specifications, we are ready to move to the next stage of the ACS process – ScreenFlow |
|
ACS - ScreenFlow
In the screenflow stage of the ACS service, our designers who strictly follow Apple Inc.’s Human Interface Design Guidelines for the iPhone, will arrange all the features of your application that will ensure that your application is super easy to use. This is a very important stage of the ACS process as it determines the usability of your application, which in turn will eventually affect its popularity and rating on the App Store. Our designers bring their valuable knowledge to your application, so that reaching a feature on your app is just a finger-tap away. Once the screenflow of the app is finalized, we are ready to bring your app to life with the final stage - Design |
|
ACS - Design
Colors, designs and effects. Our UI experts bring your application to life, by creating the most appealing and aesthetically beautiful designs that ensure that the end user gets the most rich mobile experience. Buttons, menus, picker views, tables, slides and more. With these designs clients get to see their iPhone app vision come to life. The designs are created, selected and finalized to provide a user experience that is unique to your application. This completes the ACS service. Now we are ready to start creating the application with - Development |
|
Development
Developing the application is now just a breeze. With all the features, screenflow and designs available, our developers can program your application in a cost and time effective manner. Our developers are proficient in the iPhone 3.0 SDK and have been initially trained in California, with some of our developers being regular visitors to Apple Inc. WWDC each year. With their unparalleled knowledge of the iPhone SDK, development is just a simple stop on the road to your vision. Once developed, its time to do quality assurance in - Testing |
|
Testing
The iPhone is the world's most user friendly and revolutionary mobile platform. To ensure that your application delivers the same level of user experience, our QA experts test your application to tune and fine tune your app to ensure that it uses minimum resources and delivers maximum performance. These tests guarantee that your application loads in a flash, works like a charm and delivers an incredible user experience. Once certified OK from our QA testers, its time for the final lap - Release |
|
Release
Post testing, your app is sent to our Release Managers who take care of all the ground work to release your application. They verify every minute detail and step in the app submission process. Things such as app price, app description, supported languages, supported iPhone OS, supported iPhone/iPod Touch hardware, screenshots of the application etc. are all collected and submitted to Apple Inc. After submission to Apple Inc. the approval process takes an estimated 10 days. Once approved, its time to celebrate and say to yourself ‘There’s an App for that!’ |
